mdb data transfer by gncrish

I have a database (mdb) in the city X and I’d like to keep it updated, in real time if possible. The second database is located into another office, in the city Y. The transfer should be done via web, using web pages… (Budget: €30-250, Jobs: .NET, ASP, Visual Basic)
