Add Indexing for U.S. States by greentech12

- Add index abbreviations for States. Select a state then see the cities within that state. Then if a city is selected, it will link over to my business directory (SOBI) for businesses serving that city)… (Budget: €30-250, Jobs: Joomla, PHP)
